Meet Danyele

Danyele

Danyele Easterhaus is an entrepreneur, writer, and speaker committed to strengthening  communities through authentic leadership and meaningful collaboration. A longtime  Hamilton County resident, she brings more than two decades of nonprofit and civic  leadership experience to her work across Central Indiana. 

She is the founder and principal of Danyele Easterhaus Consulting, where she partners  with mission-driven organizations, municipalities, and community leaders to strengthen  governance, cultivate healthy team culture, and drive strategic growth. Her work  equips leaders with practical tools to navigate change, build trust, and create  sustainable impact. 

Prior to launching her consultancy, Danyele served as Executive Director of Student  Impact, leading youth-centered initiatives grounded in mentorship and community  engagement. During her tenure, the organization was recognized as Nonprofit of the  Year in 2017 and 2023. 

Danyele continues to serve her community through civic leadership across Hamilton  County. She is the County Coordinator for Special Olympics Hamilton County and a  founding board member of Advancing Westfield Foundation. She also serves on the Executive Team of Westfield Family Network and collaborates with the Hamilton County  Community Foundation and the City of Westfield on initiatives that expand opportunity  and strengthen long-term community impact. 

Danyele and Ryan

Westfield has been home to Danyele and her husband Ryan since 1996. Together they  have raised four children and are now enjoying life with their growing family—including  a granddaughter who calls her “Nini.”In her free time, Danyele enjoys down-time on a beach with her family and watching her daughter, Sofia, play softball.
