Danyele recently led the successful launch of the Hamilton County Nonprofit Collective (HCNC), a membership-driven hub that strengthens local nonprofits through shared services, capacity building, and coordinated community engagement. She steered strategic planning, governance formation, and stakeholder alignment work that brought diverse organizations together around a common vision and operational framework. Under her guidance the HCNC established clear bylaws, an effective board structure, and scalable service offerings that immediately increased member collaboration and fundraising capacity.
